Do we need to show your staff what to do?

Every event we attend is different, we advise people to give us a written list of their requirements of the day so we can have our staff briefed before the event takes place, this way we can ensure nothing is missed and everything runs smoothly.

How do we pay?

For private functions we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 14 days prior to the event.

For corporate,  businesses and festivals we can arrange an account to be set up and you will be invoiced after the event with 7 days to make payment in full. A deposit of 25% is often still required to secure the bookoing.
